Gua sha is a simple technique that helps to resolve stubborn pain and old injuries, and heal tissues by reorganizing the fascial matrix. In this workshop we will cover the wide application possibilities of gua sha, and specific treatment strategies for many common conditions. We will look at gua sha from the western and eastern perspectives, and understand indications and contraindications for this modality. Learn about the fascinating history of gua sha as well as its modern usage in the form of Graston and IASTM, and gain practical skills to use with immediate results in your clinic.
